We tried Star of Bethlehem on Mia last night. I tried it first for a couple days as mama’s do and I instantly felt a physical reaction although I couldn’t explain it really but throughout the next couple days I noticed my anxiety was less, I had things bubble up less/ I would explode less ( I’m an enneagram 9 ) and I was crying way less than I had been the last few weeks!
Mia said she has a bit of an easier time sleeping last night and she slept in way later than usual!
